Automotive & Transportation

In the automotive and transportation sector, manufacturers face a demanding mix of requirements: structural integrity, crash safety, noise and vibration control, corrosion resistance, weight reduction, and visual quality, all under highly standardized production conditions. Construction & Building Materials

Buildings and infrastructure are expected to function and remain safe for decades. Adhesives and sealants used in these environments must withstand UV radiation, rain, temperature fluctuations, wind loads, and mechanical movement between different materials.

Typical substrates include concrete, mortar, brick, natural stone, aluminum and steel profiles, glass, ceramics, insulation boards, and composite panels. Applications range from curtain wall and façade systems to window and door assemblies, interior finishing, waterproofing, and prefabricated components.

Electronics & Electrical

In electronics and electrical equipment, adhesives have to satisfy mechanical, electrical, and environmental demands simultaneously. They must bond components securely, provide insulation and moisture protection, manage thermal expansion, and, in many cases, assist with heat dissipation.

Substrates include PCBs and FPCs, plastic housings, metal heat sinks, connectors, coils, sensors, and various encapsulated modules. These assemblies may face cycles of heat and cold, exposure to humidity or chemicals, and electrical stress.

Packaging & Labeling

In the packaging world, line speed, visual quality, and functional reliability sit side by side. Adhesives must cure or set quickly enough to keep up with high-speed lines, remain reliable in storage and transport, and preserve the appearance of the packaging itself.

Substrates may include paper, cardboard, various plastic films, aluminum foils, glass and plastic bottles, and metal cans. Applications cover carton forming and sealing, label application on dry, wet or cold surfaces, flexible packaging laminations, and display structures.

Furniture & Woodworking

Furniture and wood products have to satisfy structural, aesthetic, and environmental requirements at the same time. Adhesives must contribute to joint strength, dimensional stability, edge quality, and resistance to moisture or temperature changes.

QinanX provides bonding systems for structural joints, surface lamination, edge banding, and multi-material combinations. We pay particular attention to open time, press time, and curing speed so that adhesives integrate smoothly into existing production lines, support export standards, and withstand end-use environments such as kitchens, bathrooms, and humid climates.

General Industrial & OEM

Many manufacturers fall outside classic categories but share similar bonding and sealing needs. Machinery and equipment, appliances, industrial enclosures, pumps, valves, flanges, and maintenance tasks all require reliable joints under temperature, pressure, vibration, or chemical exposure.

For these customers, QinanX offers a range of epoxy, polyurethane, silicone, acrylic, cyanoacrylate, and anaerobic systems, combined with technical support to adapt them to each individual situation. Where appropriate, we also work with OEM customers on private-label programs and customized formulations, allowing them to bring differentiated, application-ready adhesive products to their own markets.
